So I have two Lumia 920 phones.

I don't need two so I'm happy to sell one but which one?

I have a locked to EE LTE version that I can get unlocked now with unlock frog or at least I hope I can and an unlocked version which doesn't have LTE enabled.

Clearly the unlocked one would be better as it will get generic updates faster without carrier approval but it won't work on LTE yet. I'm not sure what to chose.

Myself and another poster (sorry, can't remember who) rang the number and were told that our orders had been sent to the 'completion department' and shouldn't be longer than 28 days. I had no texts, emails or anything before that point, so I think there is every reason to be hopeful!

My only concern is that I returned my phone and exchanged as faulty... not sure if that will mess up my free charger or not.

Might fire off an email to Nokia, their customer service is pretty good.

Call 0843 308 7877, the woman I spoke to was incredibly helpful (I literally had to give her my full name and she brought up my order from that, obviously not that many have claimed the free charger if that was all it needed), but she told me mine had been processed on the 21st and should arrive within 28 days. Not had email confirmation or anything, but she confirmed. Check my post on page 170 for more!

One thing that is really grinding my gears right now with WP8... not just being able to pick an alarm or ringtone from your already installedMP3s.

Why you have to crop them (less than 40s and 1mb) and stick them in a ringtone folder is beyond me, seems utterly backwards.

I cannot get this to work for some reason, install the app, fine..and then what?...theirs no way its seems to scan in the app etc.

Got it working, kinda hit and miss though.

Question for you all here...anyone moved from Android to Windows Phone and miss anything?

I've just had a complaint resolved with Orange over my One XL upgrade...long story short I'm receiving £150 back on my £199 paid for the phone due to being misled on my upgrade...

knowing I can get a decent amount for the phone I'm tempted to jump back on over to Windows Phone however apps such as mobile banking itself make it a difficult choice to move as they are handy.

Does anyone see any major drawbacks in usage having made the move?
 
Who do you bank with? Lloyds / Natwest / HSBC mobile web interface works great, especially if you pin it, click, login and go. It's a shame Banking apps aren't out yet - it did take banks awhile before it even released for iOS / andriod, so pinned page will work for now.

I've had nothing about the charger. Or anything about the free speaker (Phones4u, first 500 orders). I chased them up and I have had them confirm via email my entitlement for both. The 28 days for the speaker is up on the 8th though...

I agree, simply pin a link to your banks login portal on the homescreen,job done. The only thing you will be missing is a fancy icon, everything else will be fully functional.

Pretty sure the banks will get something out sooner or later though.
