I don't mean to rain on your parade, but his relationship with the forum population has always been stormy, I don't know weather he just got sick of his threads snow-balling into a flood of accusations of him being boring or of trolling. Don't get me wrong sunshine, I've always thought his posts were interesting and some of his pictures and videos were awesome.
