Driving school for dogs...

...in New Zealand. The canine driving school is aimed at proving how intelligent the animals can be.

I find this pretty crazy. So do you think dogs can be trained to take us around in a taxi in a few years, or is that a bit far-fetched?

Even if they could, I don't think I would trust them enough to get in a dog driven cab. Besides, how would you communicate to tell them where you wanted to go?

Passenger operated sat nav which directs with voice commands the dog knows. Simples

One would assume the car would have that magic leaver that lowers the steering column & flappy paddle gearbox for the pooch

I let my Frank staffy dog drive my motor but he kept stopping at all the lamp posts so it took ages to get anywhere.
