They only make one car which I find interesting, and thats the A1 Quattro. Weird I know.

Manufacturers having to stick to daft averages on emissions across the brand. That and fuel economy. I'm just wondering how long it will be until there is a D4/RS-D4 or a D6/RS-D6 to replace the S4/RS4 and S6/RS6.

I think it'll be quite a way off, to be honest. The list price of these sorts of performance cars is so high, the typical buyer is going to have far less concern than normal about fuel economy. That, and an RS-D6 will be a bit of a mess to drive. How much torque would a 560 HP diesel have... 1200 Nm? The drivetrain would catch fire.
