See if you can get it posted via work using the Franking machine, it works out cheaper

I used to use the work way and often saved at least 50p per item.

My gifts are all wrapped now, they've been given the nod of approval (of sorts) so I think that's that sorted

I am in pain, and THIS is how you treat me? I think my gf has e-sata on her work lappy so may be able to get the files. I will see what can be done. How do you power a drive over e-sata btw?

Likewise some of the couriers apparently!

I have just spoken to HDNL (Yodel) who, even though a package for me arrived at the local delivery depot early this morning, told me that it definitely won't be delivered today as they still have a backlog from last Friday !

She did offer to put it onto a 'priority' list for delivery tomorrow though!

So much for 'guaranteed next day delivery' promises from certain etailers!
