If I went to China, I'd celebrate the Chinese new year celebration, I don't have to be Chinese, it's integrating yourself in part of the culture. Christmas is part of our culture, it's not a religious holiday to everyone, and you don't have to be religious to celebrate it.

I'm Muslim, I don't celebrate Christmas but what is your definition of celebrate anyway? I still get time off work, does that mean I'm celebrating Christmas?? Grow up.

OH YES YOU DO.
It isn't a celebration as such but a taking part and respect for other peoples religion.
I take part in Eid by accepting, respecting & partying with friends.
I work at a trust with 7000 staff of all different religions and I'll wager every one of them will be taking part in Christmas parties & dinners in their relevant departments.

You don't celebrate it at all, no presents and calling all relatives for a nice meal? You don't have to be religious to enjoy a national holiday (as far as I know it is a national holiday, nobody works at that time). You don't neet to do all the religious things like saying grace talking about them jesus and stuff you can just do the fun part, like (at least what I suspect) most people do.

As for me I never celebrated christmas, but I am an immigrant and in my culture 25th is a boring old normal day. However if I stay in England to raise a family I don't think I will mind celebrating both xmas and the new years. Any excuse to have fun.

I wouldn't celebrate Christmas if there weren't presents and drinking involved. I am a dreadful hypocrite jumping on the Christian bandwagon for gifts, but so's everyone else.

Sometimes one should go with the flow, Christmas is one of those times.
