How many bens can you shens

Truth is those people feel shame for claiming a benefit and do not search out
the extra help they need be that a disability claim - JSA - ESA - ChildTaxCredit - care allowance - Tenant support worker etc ...
(

I found out the other day my oap aunt, who has epilepsy and palsy, had her disability stopped because she can raise her arm above her head and is therefore fit to work. Dont talk to me about shame when this coalition government is literally raping the vulnerable of our society.

Literally raping?

I posted similar. Blindfaith needs to see that he isn't on a high horse, he is down here with the rest of us.

Humour is subjective. Some people should try thinking how it would affect them looking after one child with a serious disability before posting such garbage as the OP.

Well considering the girl I'm seeing is in remission from her second bout of leukaemia, I really do understand. She also laughed at this thread. High horse again.

You know what you are, you know what you aaaaaaaare, benefit cheats: you know what you are.

I am not on a high horse but live with the daily reality of knowing my son's condition is life limiting and I will outlive him.

Shayper, I hope your girlfriend continues to recover and that she can find humour in the op's post but I cannot.

Maybe I am going through a bit of a rough time emotionally but I think there are still limits to what should be posted on a public forum.

It's what humans do to get through difficult times. It's better to light a candle than to curse the darkness.

Which is very sad and a horrible situation for any parent to be in.

BUT, you need to learn that you can't expect everyone else to change their sense of humour because of it. Especially on a global internet forum.

I don't need to learn to do anything as I don't expect people to change their snse of humour or their opinion, just as I am entitled to mine. I believe that gives me equal right to publicly disapprove of what someone posts on a public forum. I usually ignore things I don't agree with on GD or delete my posts but sometimes it is better to get things off my chest.

Shayper, I completely agree with the need to use humour to get through tough times. It is one of the reasons I hang out in GD, some of the things posted here are so outrageous you have to laugh but equally some of it is ill thought out drivel. Maybe I should have sought out translation of the title before opening the thread.
