Help my mate remember his drunken night out (Birmingham Experts)

Ok me and afew mates are going out on Saturday night around Birmingham. Now my mate had a night out a while back, had a really good night in a club but has completely forgotten where it is or what its called!

Anyone have any idea where / what is place is? Here is the description of where it is!

"Well... I stayed the night just off great colmore st and would have walked down the dual carriageway to get there. Where I was before that is very hazy, it was 2 years ago. It had 2 or 3 floors, was somewhere near a dual carriageway... I think it was near the hippodrome. I remember it wasn't very far, so it could have been chic nightclub, that seems to fit the bill. But the only bit that doesn't make sense about it being chic is that wherever it was, we went intending to stay for only a few drinks and stayed the whole night because the guys whose house we were staying at went home. I don't think we would have gone to chic early on in the night so that bit doesn't quite make sense."

So anyone had any idea?

So you were both drunk staying with some guys ....The guys see what you're doing together when drunk and leave.
Now you want to remember how far you went and where.......

Vudu, they had 3 floors, each room played different styles of music ranging from DnB, Dubstep, Rock etc, but they closed down this year.

Thanks for the help guys! Here's some more information from my mate! :p

"I've found some embarrassing pictures of the place on my facebook, in everyshot where you can see the bar I'm in the middle busting a stupid dance move lol.

I don't think it's any of those places (I linked him to some clubs), it looks more styled like a pub, think of more like Lloyds than a swish bar. If it helps the details, the walls in the main bar seem to be mint green and there is big black and white painting with a few coloured highlights. They also serve traditional food too. Randomly there's a picture of us all holding cans of Carling inside the place so it can't have been that classy an establishment lol!"
 
Don't know then mate, maybe try the Arcadian? Loads of places like Lloyds Bar in that area.

Sounds to me like he was in the Pink Toothbrush a notorious Gay bar, The 3rd floor is for casual sex encounters. Hope your mate isn't blowing bubbles when he farts.
 
voodoo\Subculture or Snobs? Snobs is a few minutes walk from Colmore row but wouldnt require you to walk down a dual carriage way where as Subculture/voodoo was slightly further away and would require you to walk down a dual carriage way

Turns out it was a place called 'The Victoria'?

Awesome little pub! Just round the corner is the Island bar as well which serves some cracking cocktails.
