Then through an act of tremendous willpower, I phoned my sister and asked if she wanted to get me it for Christmas.
It'll go nice with my X-wing. I wish I wasn't such a nerd.

Is that the full blown version? What is the flying time and range?
It's got the Naza flight controller and GPS, still hobby grade though. If I win the lottery I want one of these: http://www.dji-innovations.com/products/spreading-wings-s800/overview/ coupled with http://www.dji-innovations.com/products/wkm-waypoint/overview/
Flying time varies, about 10 minutes on a 4 cell 3000 mAh battery with GPS on, probably 15 minutes without.
They're excellent, it's my first order from them but will certainly be spending a lot more there in future.

That's what I heard. I rank it alongside having the 'behind' bit of a tie longer than the 'front' bit. Just never do it.
