No idea what I need. How amps should I be looking for on the card side?

Western Digital 2TB X2

750-800w for that. http://www.extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngine According to this you would only need around 500w. But i don't trust that number. Seems a bit low

Why do you need fully modular?

I want one of these, or the cheaper 750W version. Only the necessary cables are non modular. PCI-Ex2, 24-pin and 8/4pin CPU.
