As Jesus started Christianity, was he therefore by default a Muslim?

Is the Muslim religion older?

If he wasn't a Muslim what religion would he have been? Did he believe in the Christian God?

He was almost certainly a Jew. This is really common knowledge and very easily researchable online.

Everything can be Googled, but some things aren't easily found or have any degree of certainty (i.e. topics for debate). Those end up being good threads.

Answers to your questions are not only common knowledge, but very easily found and with high certainty.

General Discussion is for discussing interesting topics. You just asked something that to be fair any school child should already know. Of course Islam isn't older than Christianity! What is happening to the education system??
