Cheap handset for my nephew? Budget about £60

Hey guys would like some advice on a phone to get for my nephew for christmas.

Nothing too fancy, just enough to let him play some touch screen games on.

Hes pretty much broke my old HTC Hero now.

Samsung Galaxy Y any use?
