Need help choosing a CPU cooler, HDD and PSU

Here is what I have decided on so far:

Mother Board: Asus P8Z77-V LX
GPU: Gigabyte 7950 3GB AMD Radeon Graphics Card
CPU: Intel 3rd Generation Core i5-3570K CPU
RAM: Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 8GB 1600MHz CL9 DDR3 Vengeance (High Profile)
Optical Drive: LG GH24NS90.AUAA50B 24x SATA Bare Internal DVD Rewriter

Have a budget of £200 left

that's way to expensive for me only have a budget of £200 left that's why I'm not getting an SSD. As for the RAM I want to keep the high profile one for cosmetic reasons.

Is a 500w PSU enough? Others have told me to go with 600w/650w

Still better than overpriced, plain sticks with uselessly tall fins imo :)

Looked up some prices, I can't quote them, but yeah the Vengence's cheaper than the ones which have been suggested. So do you know any High profile RAM compatible cpu coolers?

It is not so much the price that is the problem but getting an air cooler to fit. As high profile ram can interfere with the cooler.
 
The one above (megahalems) won't interfere with ram as it doesn't cover the slots. It's also one of the best. Don't be scared of B-grade, it's a bargain :)
I'm tempted and I already have a great cooler...

Any single tower cooler will work. Some dual towers like the K2 will clear vengeance ram but will cover it if you use a front fan.

You do realise that since you want to show off the ram, it's height makes no difference if you simply pick a cooler that doesn't cover the ram slots?

It would also be easier if you just said the name of the ram or provided a link :)
Btw, would the blue part of the XMS3 not clash with your planned scheme?
