I know this is probably not the best place to post this but i wanted to post it somewhere that people will appreciate.
I have heard and read a lot of nasty stuff about OCUK customer services, especially when i wrote a 6000 word report on it for a uni assingment.
So i am taking this opportunity to share my experience.
Earlier today (yesterday actually) i received a big order from OCUK to build a new gaming pc. The first thing that i noticed was that my case's front panel was cracked. And i am not talking about scratches, it was cracked to the point that it could not stay attached to the rest of the case. I anxiously contacted the customer services and they offered to change the case free of charge. I nentioned to them that i would be leaving the UK on Saturday for a month and asked if it was possible to get only a new front panel since the rest of the case was ok. After a bit of thinking the customer services guy told me to send him pictures of the cracked case on his private email and as soon as he received them he dispatched a brand new case which will arrive today, free of charge.
Hows that for "bad" customer services?
 
Might be worth posting on the Customer Service section of the forum, maybe they need to look into the way their products are packed, if they can!
 
i ordered a pc bundle from them and it came at 3.30pm on the 5th dec i built it the same day 3 times and phoned them at 9am on the 6th of dec, the whole bundle was picked up at 11am on the 6th of dec.

thats customer service.........

must agree with above tbh, this isn't the place, well not the right place, just move it up a few boxes on the forum or contact complaints via web notes, a manager will contact you back
 
shouldn't believe everything you hear. 9/10 the only people posting comments on other websites are ones who have something to complain about and bad news travels faster than good. and sometimes its the buyer being unreasonable as opposed to OCUK.

i've ordered pc's and parts for past 5 years from OCUK. these arn't just mine, my dads, my gf's mam, friends from work i recently helped a colleague get all parts and built it for him.

only real issue i've had was when my new mboard shorted. rang up told them the first 5 mins of my troubleshooting of the hours i'd done and just said yeah its shorted. send it back and we will replace.

straight to post office, next daypre 1pm recorded delivery. ocuk received it around 12:50, my new mboard was shipped that day for next day delivery.

i was expecting it to take atleast a week, not 2 hours on receiving it !
