I've just sent back a bricked MSI 7970 Lightning, should be given a refund of £60 profit, so i have £360 refund and the gap between a 7970 and 680 is only £100, so my previous experience of the 7970 so far is pretty bad.

You only get refunded what you paid, not current asking price.... right?

Not in my case. The guy on the phone said i would get current market value for it in store credit. Which he said was £299 + Vat on top, which brings it to £360 roughly.
