Will my PSU cope with new gfx card?

As title, will this PSU cope with an i5 3570k, Z77-D3H, 16GB RAM and an upgrade to a 7850 from a 4850?

Thanks

According to eXtreme power supply calculator minimum wattage is 321w and recommended is 371w but this is with Cpu and Gpu at stock.
So I would say yes, as the 4850 probably uses more power than the 7850.

you'll be pulling around 300W. Your PSU has 30A@12V, so yeah, close but should work. 4850 / 7850 have about the same power draw at stock (100W), overclocking (130W-150W) will add more strain, so do it sparingly.

The PSU will be fine, I pull 330w max from my system with a GTX 670 and i7 2700k.

I used to run 750w Pc Power & Cooling PSU without issue :)

This, im amazed by the low power use of modern cpu/gpu's, not that long ago my old i7 920 and sli 470's were pulling 630w in games, (4ghz cpu, 750mhz oc cards). Spec in sig is drawing 330w, with a pretty high oc on the gpu. Im doing my bit to heal the planet.:D

Very true, my overclocked 920 setup with a 480GTX I managed to get 615w from the mains!

:D

With one card, holy **** mate. Theres me thinking i was bad with two 400 series cards in games. Though, in furmark they pulled 740w. Furmark and prime small fft together, 860w and climbing before i stopped it. Corsair HX850w. I dont do silly things like that anymore.:D

Yep one card, that was Furmark and Prime running together!

Good job you have a decent PSU, 860w and climbing :D

Thank god mate, and bought secondhand on MM for the very good price of 90 quid, think ive had it for over 2 years now. It's had an easy period since the 470's are gone. But ill be adding another 670 soon, give the old girl a good kick up the backside again.:D Heck, i even bought her some nice fancy blue braided corsair modular cables, shes an old girl who wants to maintain her looks.:o
