If you must insist on going for the Piledriver (which I believe the i5 is a superior chip) then then following is OK.

I would recommend changing to the Samsung SSD, save on the memory, and go for the Alpenföhn K2 cooler.

Drop the H55 (they are terrible), and go for cheaper RAM. As for the GFX, I'm not sure if they will psychically fit (they look quite large). The Gigabyte version I'd say is the best version to go for (but costs more).
