*** Official Nintendo Wii U thread ***

Is that demo limited to a number of plays? I read that this may be a feature of Wii U demos which I had never heard of before.

Not that I suppose it is a bad thing but you know some demos were fun to play again and again.

30 plays, which should be enough for most people.

They do that on the 3DS eShop and I confess it's not a problem. Mind you I don't have as much time for gaming as I did. I played the UT99 demo for years (and adminned a demo server) , it was excellent despite only having 4 maps!

OK, I agree that a demo should really just be a demo but as Bossk says there were some demos that I played as much as games! After 30 tries you should know whether it is worth buying or not.

I must say...Rayman Legends is beautiful and seems really good from the demo!! Loved the music run stage...yet another game to add to my list for sure!!

I was about to say exactly the same, just what a demo should do, the last two stages I thought were brilliant and it was nice to see the gamepad getting good action, probably the first time in as long as I can remember that I finished a full demo.

There needs to be more demos on the store though, two is pathetic.

Looks like prices have already started to drop, can be had for £275 from Zavvi, sales don't seem to be great, everywhere has stock, can see Nintendo being forced to drop prices again like they did with the 3DS.
