Hi guys i am putting a build together for bf3/planetside2/DayZ (all the good stuff). I currently have a corsair builder series 600w, ram, HDD and disk drive so However i have put this together for the other components needed, my budget is £500 but i would like to have some change... How does this sound by you guys?

GPU: MSI HD 7850 Twin Frozr III OC 2048MB

Cooler: Thermalright True Spirit 120 REV A

MOBO: Asus Sabertooth 990FX AMD AM3+

CPU: AMD Piledriver FX-6 Six Core 6300 3.50GHz AM3+

And no i do not want a Intel CPU before anyone suggests it.
If you can suggest any better components feel free, i am wanting to play everything on max settings ><

Thanks guys.

Dude, go for an i5.
Looks fine to me, but would be much better with an i5. Why don't you want an Intel CPU?

They cost more, the MOBO's cos more for a nice one and would take me out of my budget ><

And Connor is it worth the 8 core as on bench marks it was pretty much neck and neck with the fx 6300, also is the board better than the sabertooth?

Well, the sabertooth seems a bit overpriced. But if you do stuff like rendering then you will greatly benefit from it. The cores in the 8320 are only slightly slower than the 6300. And it's a very slight slower. But as others have said. Why not intel?

you have gigabytes equivalent called easytune, but tbh all overclocking is best done through the bios, should be able to do 4.2-4.5ghz depending on whether you get a good clocking/cool running cpu

that board can do 4.5ghz read the reviews, heat will limit you long before the board does

I dont need a heat sink as i dont want to be OC'ing just yet and would this mobo be an improvement? To stay under £500 how would this board be an improvement? http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...=5&subcat=2261
Also thanks guys.
Not a huge difference but it's aesthetically a lot better imo. From what I've heard Asrock have been doing well the motherboard market recently. So I'd recommend it but if you're on a tight budget you can use the money for something else.
