If people knew what you were thinking?

Do you like Phil Collins? I've been a big Genesis fan ever since the release of their 1980 album, Duke. Before that, I really didn't understand any of their work. Too artsy, too intellectual. It was on Duke where Phil Collins' presence became more apparent. I think Invisible Touch was the group's undisputed masterpiece. It's an epic meditation on intangibility. At the same time, it deepens and enriches the meaning of the preceding three albums. Christy, take off your robe. Listen to the brilliant ensemble playing of Banks, Collins and Rutherford. You can practically hear every nuance of every instrument. Sabrina, remove your dress. In terms of lyrical craftsmanship, the sheer songwriting, this album hits a new peak of professionalism. Sabrina, why don't you, uh, dance a little. Take the lyrics to Land of Confusion. In this song, Phil Collins addresses the problems of abusive political authority. In Too Deep is the most moving pop song of the 1980s, about monogamy and commitment. The song is extremely uplifting. Their lyrics are as positive and affirmative as anything I've heard in rock. Christy, get down on your knees so Sabrina can see your *******. Phil Collins' solo career seems to be more commercial and therefore more satisfying, in a narrower way. Especially songs like In the Air Tonight and Against All Odds. Sabrina, don't just stare at it, eat it. But I also think Phil Collins works best within the confines of the group, than as a solo artist, and I stress the word artist. This is Sussudio, a great, great song, a personal favorite.

Nothing that would get me locked up or shot or anything like some above :p

I don't tend to think violent thoughts about people in general, if someone or something is annoying then maybe my thoughts will extend to a "wtf@you" but that's about where it ends :p

Maybe I'm just too calm about stuff

It's really weird, I'll worry to the hills about things I might have said or done to other people (even though there is nothing to worry about!) but I am as calm as anything with others toward me

I tend to say what I think anyway, so my all friends understand I'm a bit crazy. I'm known for starting bizarre conversations, and using weird and random facts and figures.

There must a thousands things running about in my head at any one time, even if someone could 'listen in' I expect it be would like listening to a crowd of people all talking about different things at the same time.....indecipherable.

Legio mihi nomen est, quia multi sumus.

If your average Joe could hear what I was thinking, they would probably cry, laugh and vomit whilst oddly getting aroused at the same time due to the speed at which I think of things haha.

I can easily go from choosing between butter or no butter for my toast to how long it would take me to swim my commute to work. Almost instantaneously. I know I'm not the only one, as my best mate does the same.

after having a crazy thought i have an after though which controls it, most people have this ability, the ones that dont go round killing kids in schools.

Ill share a little on mine today, which was why i started this thread.

It involved me beating the living daylights out of my ***hole little brother, stabbing him with blunt instruments through the throat, screw drivers and such. Let me just say i would never do such a thing but that’s what was going through my mind.

And just to let off some steam

The thick little **** doesn’t listen. When playing with our cat he picks it up by its front arms and I’ve told him a dozen times, don’t ****ing pick up the cat by the arms as you will end up dislocating its arm/shoulders. You’re a fully grown man and the cat is tiny. No, no he answers, cats arms are really strong blah blah

Anyhow woke up, went down stairs to find out the little **** had accidently dislocated the cats left arm from picking it up from its front arms. Then somehow he managed to put it back into place (the cats ok), i proceeded to tell him i ****ing told you so you dum ****, are you retarded. I was expecting a response like "sorry i won’t do it again" but what does the little **** say " it's my cat, i bought it" which ****ed me off even more, like that gives him some right to act like a moron.

You guys should break up and find someone else. It's clearly not working out.

Its probably the dividing line between normal and abnormal. It would be great to stick a knife into the next door neighbours head. Unfortunately I would go to prison and they would die, much easier to visualise this instead.
