Hey I done this the other day but it was all done in windows I think with the latest nvflash no need for dos.
My mates 660ti got an extra 7% performance
Yes but i beleive flashing from bios is safest way but thats just me

Hey on my msi power edition my card will never take more than the 100% power target even on new bios. Any ideas?
