It's essentially a massive radio station, with lots of playlists for all music genres, and all music.
It's currently only available to those specified on the website but I'm thinking that it'd still be accessible via a proxy server, but I don't know if there'll be a proxy anywhere that can run the appropriate plugins needed for the website, and how slow/fast it'd be etc.
