Anybody else installed the app yet?

It's available if you have an American PSN ID (it will show on all accounts after installation) and it's fairly good, I like the ability to link a phone/tablet to it so you can queue up a watch list which will play in order on your tv via the PS3 while you can carry on browsing for more on the tablet or phone :)

Still wont play my Transformers 3 movie that came with my Nexus 7 though.

Yes it is quite a nice app, must admit I love youtube and this app is a decent way to access it. Classic Game Room FTW!!!!

This was launched months ago in the US so lord knows why we haven't seen it in Europe yet. I tried searching yesterday and was mightily disappointed to discover it's only the Vita version that you can get here. I can't be arsed setting up my US ID again.

Strange. Why have this kept this so quiet and not officially released it for UK owners?!

Up until now I've been using their painfully poor web browser app. Shall download this tonight.

Finally used this now, and linked my phone to it so i can browse quicker and push it to my telly, much fun to be had.

Think I am being a bit of a newb here, I have linked my phone to it, but how do I get the videos to play from my phone onto the PS3?

Yea that's what I did and the app shows on my EU User account.

Thanks for clearing that up :) guess I'll have to try setting up a US account again when I get home then. Got as far as the address bit (as I didn't want to use someone else's legit address) and then Googled some possible fakes to use, but was instead warned about the possible dangers of using an EU created US account. Seems like enough people get away with it though, so I might as well try :p
