Anyone else think it just does not feel like Xmas at all this year?...hardly seen any lights outside homes,we have had no snow here..even when you walk into shops/town centres the lack of decorations or xmas music etc.

Most of my family is from Boston, and it's painful there. A lot of their radio stations only play Christmas songs from the start of December.

It feels like it's going quickly this year! I can't believe it's only next week
There certainly are less people putting lights up this year! Bit rubbish

I cba with christmas. Just put up a tree (http://www.wilkinsonplus.com/indoor...christmas-lights-assorted-x-152/invt/0322522/) and thats it. Had to hack the control box though, since it only has one mode - mental bonkers flashing. Stays on solid now.
I usually decorate the hell out of the interior of my house. This year? Just the one, and that is the tree. No mess, no tinsel and no frigging baubles.

I had to do some shopping this morning, all I could think as I walked around the supermarket, was "kill me now.." will be so glad when its all over with..
Xmas grows old as you get older, just the way it is.

I find just taking it as it comes is much easier then building up this magical event in your head, only to be let down when it happens.
As for the weather...it's likely going to be a wet one, deal with it.

Where do you live, where ever it is i want to move there. I can't seem to get away from xmas where i live.
