Cruellest thief this Christmas: £2,000 worth of presents for seriously ill children stolen
from Great Ormond Street
Gifts were meant for children too ill to go home for Christmas
About 20 wrapped items were taken between Friday and Monday from a cupboard in a part of the hospital not open to the public
Great Ormond Street Hospital and the police are appealing for information

Alan Sugars told them to go out and replace and send him the bill. What a guy!

Terrible, can't tell if Sugar is just doing it for the publicity, or if he really cares. Either way it's good for the children though.

He is a well known supporter of GOSH. Why would he be doing this for 'publicity'?

Indeed. He did an advert for National Savings (NS&I) or Premuim Bonds and donated his fee for that to GOSH too. A very noble deed.

Or it could have been a patient, a family member, someone tailing them or the fact that it is quite an open hospital ...
