Before I get called a great big silly, no I don't think this is anything to do with "OMG TEH WORLD IS ENDING!!!111one" but I do find it awfully odd. People have been spotting random lights in the sky that have a triangular formation. There's quite a few pictures here and also someone I know has taken two pictures as different times from where he lives in Portsmouth clearly showing them. Does anyone have an explanation for this? From what I can gather people across the globe have seen them.

Its the Mayans, travelling from mars, the mars rover interrupted one of their sacred rituals and they are super ****ed off and back for revenge! FACT.

The US government launched a satellite a number of years back which was intended for use on Project Blue Beam before it was cancelled.

On board the satellite there are a number of powerful laser lights that are designed to shine down on the upper atmosphere of Earth to create an illusion (in this case they were originally designed to mimic an alien invasion).

Now the 21st is here, the US government is having a laugh before Christmas by spooking people with fake UFO sightings.
 
Anything to do with Lights in the sky etc is coming from 4chan btw, they are trying to fool media outlets, I would link to a source but cba finding it on my tablet.

I didn't say it was anything to do with that, I think that's all a load of c*ap anyway. Some Mayan was just terrible at designing calendars, just like how we screwed up by only storing the last two digits of the year on computer systems and everyone cried about the Y2K problem.

Anyway, 4chan being n00bs. Thread can be binned.
