Her fault, or the policies of her party? Do you hold her totally responsible for that?
ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzz Thatcher fan boys![]()
Bit simplistic don't you think...
I live through her tenure and my opinion was then, and remains, that she was a true leader and did what was necessary for the country at the time. We would be in a far worse position today if she had not been there. I wish her the best.

The history books will be far kinder to her than the memorys she created in people.
You can argue for and against the policys she saw in under her reign but theres no denying the country came out of it a whole lot better off!
Or did people really enjoy times around the winter on discontent.
Hated her years ago, nothing's changed. I wonder how many people who are saying how fantastic she was actually remember how she screwed over the country.
Well listen to them banging on about how good she was to this country, she done sod all for me and my parents.
Voted in 3 times and the longest serving British modern day prime minister and fifth longest of all time.

Best argument for proportional representation ever.![]()
Perhaps. Lol
You don't get voted in that many times and serve that long without being popular.
You love repeating yourself.
How old are you?
Enough to know. Can't deny she was extremely popular. The fact speak for themselves.
