Steam Christmas Sale 2012

The walking dead is a must buy top game ! If you like the idea of watching a horror movie unfold and you picking the out come then this is for you. Great zombie game and very tense at times .

It a steal. Closest thing to the arcade i played in years. It what they also play on the pro competative circuit. ie evo etc.

I got a Madcatz tournament stick just to try and get good at it :p

Bit sneaky with the Saints Row The Third "The Full Package", well its not actually the 'full' package!! The daily deal bundle is missing 3 of the DLC's:

Saints Row: The Third - Bloodsucker Pack
Saints Row: The Third - Unlockable Pack
Saints Row: The Third - Steelport Gangs Pack

So, calling it the 'full package' is a bit misleading, thankfully the extra DLC's are currenly 50% off so if you want the real full package, it will cost £8.71 not £6.24.

*EDIT: Their description is wrong, the full package actually contains the Steelport Gangs Pack, its these 3 that arent included:

Saints Row the Third - Season Pass DLC Pack
Saints Row: The Third - Bloodsucker Pack
Saints Row: The Third - Unlockable Pack

*EDIT 2 - Just tried buying the full package and it seems you dont have to buy the Season Pass DLC Pack, so the full package + the Bloodsucker Pack and the Unlockable Pack is a grand total of £7.72

The mount and blade collection is £7 odd on the main page but goes up to £14.99 when you try to buy it :(

Add me if you want. I got the game and a stick a few weeks ago but I haven't really played it much yet. Only a bit of training mode and trials. I'm a complete noob to fighting games so it's a bit daunting.
 
I like these sales they make perfect sense to me, just bought saints row bundle for £6, I would have never of bought this game if it wasn't for that price. Games like cod should take note of this, but I guess they get loads of mugs that are happy to waste £40 on them still

Saint Row 3rd was one of the games i got with THQ pack that didnt really appeal to me but i never played it before so going to find out what the fuss so it should be good :D
 
You know a sale sucks when Terraria is £4. I've seen that drop to 69p in almost every sale.

It's cause Gabe is secretly Santa Claus, hence why hes growing a beard, and you know how Santa feels about spoiling kids at Christmas... :(

Yeah the deals haven't been that great, so far. Still, I've picked up street fighter 4 arcade edition and can't stop looking at Anno 2070, if it was 75% off I would have bought it instantly but at 60% reduced it's still over a tenner and for a sale that's pushing it for a game that's over a year old.

I might just buy it anyway, looks exceptional.

Yup - I'm feeling exactly the same about Anno. My heart skipped a beat when I saw it in the sale, then I was gutted when I saw it was only 60%. Like you, I may cave in yet.

Just snagged Dragon Age though. It's a no-brainer for that price...
 
im looking at walking dead counting down and i know i want it but id rather get it on xbox for that sitting on the couch gameplay..... but it is cheap......
