went for an i7, more power and budget is good enough, also picked amd card but not the very fatest, not really needed as 7950 will do all you need for a year or so at least, then the next one out now will be half price or less so can always upgrade it then, saves the money now for top end other bits

Can't buy more than one HIS IceQ as it's 'on offer'

It really is the only card to buy at the moment. Nvidia cards do have benefits for editing tasks with CUDA etc but it depends what you are doing, which programs etc and someone who knows all the programs well and exactly how they benefit would be better suited to advise if Nvidia is essential for you. If it isn't then deffo go for a 7950 if it is then tbh I wouldn't bother with a 680 I'd just get a 670 like:

EVGA 670 FTW:

The case is really going to be you personal preference, so you can certainly cut a few pounds off the build by choosing a less expensive case that is more to you liking.

NZXT Pros: It is big (you probably will not be able to fit it under a desk - will require at least 62cm clearance). The size ensures that the Large air cooler easily fits, as does the graphics card and it is really easy to build in.

NZXT Cons: It is Big. The case fans are a little noisy.

The PSU is probably one of the best there is, quiet, good quality cables and fittings. I bought a seasonic one at the same time and this definitely feels better. However if you need to shave off a few pounds you can get a less expensive PSU.
