I don't know if anyone here knows someone who drives on the tube, but I wanted to say a big thank you to any of the drivers on the Victoria Line today. The whole line was open while the rest of the network was selfishly shut, and though I don't live on the line, the connections made an invaluable, much appreciated difference to the journey. Just putting it out there to the universe. Thank you.

The Parisians knew how to strike on the metro. They didn't continuously **** of the customers by not going in on key dates, they just opened the barriers and let everyone travel for free.

They will be driverless eventually. Like other countries. The Victoria line is the line that is almost completely automated though.

Bob and his 'Crow'nies know that and it's no doubt one of the main reasons they try to get as much money as possible each year by blackmailing TFL before they're (hopefully) made redundant and kicked out.
