Hello OCUK

I have some money saved up now and i want to build my first gaming pc.
Well basically i do youtube and have a good channel going and want a faster pc for rendering videos for it and i also want it for playing games for fun mainly battlefield 3 and BOPS2. Some times i may use fraps to record at the same time as playing.

I have any way from £800-£1000 available to spend on the pc.
I need everything with that though so i can build it and get it up and running!
I will need windows 8 as-well in the price and i dont need a monitor, keyboard, mouse or anything like that.
I mainly want a nice SSD for my games, main programmes and windows 8 and then a 1TB or more to save my recording's on and a kick as graphics card im really looking for something what can play BF3 60+ fraps on good settings. I many even use 2 monitors in the future.

Thanks :D

Cant wait to see what you guys come up with.

Ok great thanks guys :D
Do you know the best way to connect to the internet wirelessly for a gaming pc as well ?

Ok thanks for all your help guys :) would a PCI-E versions offer better connection or just the same as a usb wireless adapter ?

I have in past found integral adapters better than the USB ones, whether this has changed in recent years, I am not sure.

Never had a problem with USB personally, good strong connection for the past two years I've been using it :)

Would have preferred a PCI-E card to free up a USB port, but had no room so I had no choice really. Works great, so either would suffice though.

I think you can easily get a GTX 680 in there, not sure about AMD, sorry.

With that motherboard, you might want to be careful if getting a larger heatsink as the CPU socket is relatively close to the PCI-E slot. Don't think it should be a problem though :)
