When will my pc arrive?

I had ordered my pc on Christmas day as my old one broke on Christmas morning, and I had also chosen the fast track 2day build and next day delivery. On the the order it says graunteed delivery within 2days but it has been 'printed in our warehouse' since wednesday. I'm really confused when I'm supposed to receive it.

I'm not ocuk but I'd interpret 2 day build to be thurs/fri and next day delivery to be Monday. But not sure what the delivery within 2 days means. There is a customer services forum just above this one

Dont forget Ocuk did not go back until Thursday.

you will receive a email and a date, and then a time slot also on the day.

2 day build is one thing, but if Couriers aren't working those day, it may not happen.

check your order progress in your login on the site,

then either post in there ^^ webnote or phone etc, and you will get more info

for me i'd phone, its quicker

Its the holiday season, you cant realistically expect to get it in 2 days at the moment, most places wont be running fully staffed until after new year.

Problem is you ordered on Christmas day buit I doubt OcUK opened until the 26th earliest, then you have a back-log of orders and then have to wait till DPD starts shipping again which could be upto the 31st.

2 working days is the target... of course they're not going to be open on Christmas Day. Also, pick up the phone and call them?

over worked and under staffed at holiday times, same as everywhere else, too much demand, just hold they will reply, try again later

I just thought that I would get it before next week if I chose all the fast options, I guess it wasn't worth paying the extra £66 for fast build

never pay the extra at holiday times, and also free shipping and 5% off for some atm
