new Phone for Mum upto £100

I'm a little out of touch and not really looked into much since getting my S3.
Mum was over yesterday and her phone is horrendous, she was always saying the screen was rubbish but I never realised how bad lol.

It's her BDay coming up soon so am looking for a decent little Android based phone, half decent camera would be good too

Edit. Just noticed it was Android only.

EDIT: I bought my mum and dad a Nokia Asha 300, as their replacement handset and they have been very please with them.
