cpuld someone recommend a good quiet psu

Im in need of a good quiet PSU for my work. Im a professional photographer and the machine would only be used for CS5, LR4 and Sony Vegas.
ideally i dont want to spend over £50.
could anyone recommend a good ( quiet being important ) PSU.

400W? Honestly? Im asking this in the nicest possibly way, I really thought PSU's at that wattage would be too low.

is the cpu overclocked? I read a review where a 930 at 4.3ghz had a total system power draw of 396w during full cpu stress (idle gpu), whereas at stock the total system power draw was 216w.
This is with a hd5870 idling, I have no idea how much a 3670 uses and can't find much on it.

nah its not overclocked, although it was when i bought it. got the cpu, mobo and cooler off OC a while back but i decided to just run it at stock speed.
I cant see the 3670 drawing too much, its a passive card

you could always use this site http://www.thermaltake.outervision.com/ to see what you need, but anything over 400w is enough, you only really need a big PSU if you want to run dual GFX
