Why are attractive women so rare in Science?

On my IT course there were 3 women out of 65. None of them would have appealed to me even if I was given money to go near them.

And no, she wasnt fugly lol. Not that I wouldnt have smashed the pasty if she was, I'm all for equal rights.

Somewhere on the Internet there must be a forum with a woman posting about the lack of "hot" men in science or IT. At the very least to balance out the universe.

Seeing as "hot" is subjective and intelligence is contextual* then your statement at least parses (if holds no actual value)

* As in somebody of average IQ may see a slightly higher than average IQ woman as "Intelligent" whereas somebody of Mensa level IQ would see the same person as average (or even 'stupid')

I did a geology degree and at least half of the women on the course were pretty hot as far as i am/was concerned.

Bordering from girl next door's that loved star wars to very Middle class horsey type women in jodpurs... Something for everyone

There were plenty of hotties in my maths class in fact the stereotypical geeks were quite few in number and not all that smart actually.
