What is the difference between these two cards?

R7950 Twin Frozr 3GD5 & R7950 Twin Frozr 3GD5/OC - Is it that just one is factory overclocked compared to the other?
 
Okay thanks, out of the three 7950 cards, which one is better and can get overclocked to 7970ish performance?

MSI Twin Frozr, Gigabyte Windforce or Sapphire Vapor X ?

Depends really upon the individual card and luck of the draw!!

I'd go for the Gigabyte - cheapest ,from what I have read one of the best coolers and pretty quiet , 3 yr warranty and UK rma :)
