Marchisio wouldn't really work at CAM imo, you want a more attacking player with better dribbling. I'd also go for a more competent defensive midfielder than Ramires if you want Pilro: someone like Yaya, or Mikel, would do nicely. Apart from that it looks good.
As for you Peanuts, I just think La Liga, as Diva said, is pretty poo, particularly for formations requiring CMs as there aren't really any 'complete' CMs in it, people like Yaya / Ramires etc., so its difficult. Similarly bundesliga has good CAMs and an okay CDM in Gustavo but that's about it.

Pepe + Santana?
Made this Bundes/German team today. Was going to go 4321 to have Robben as an RF but not keen on the way it plays whereas 4231 offers width with the protection of 2 CDMs which I like.
It's the first time I've used Gomez in UT13 and I was a bit unsure due to comments on here but he's fantastic. Beastly strength and power, great finishing and top class movement and positioning. Reminds me of when I used him in UT11! Although a little less pace now.
Not keen on Reus being left CAM as he sometimes gets dragged too far back to be effective (i.e. on the break) so think I'll move him to CF and change Ozil to Gotze. I've tried this in-game and it felt a bit better with him making runs off Gomez. Also considering trying Muller or perhaps Kaka for that LCAM role.
I also bought IF Lewandowski to try up top.

I haven't used him but I think Andy had him and then sold him at a loss. SO I'm guessing he isn't much different to his NON IF
