That's me done, Xmas is over 
Took my achievement and it's zombies only for me now. Worst of the lot for me, although the pick 10 system is excellent nothing much interested me in it to continue.
No madfruit or Wiggis didn't help either

I came across some tac insert boosters today , I noticed on overflow and tac insertion behind the boat right at back of map , ran across and there they are two little cheeky boosters I shot the guy on other team then his mate ran towards me fired a few shots then they both disconnected lol.

The shotguns are fine. The semi auto shotguns have very little range. The only one with insane range is the KSG but you have to be dead on. And the R870 has decent range but a shotgun would have the range anyway.
As for the pistols - I love the 3round burst one. It's a proper cheaty gun

A few observations/questions, after finally getting gold and max prestige on the assault shield i can say, if u move with the shield u die, if u crouch in a corner whith nothing showing u will die, if u melee and miss you will die ( hardcore mode as thats the only way of getting decent kills) and that happens a lot can zip right past the target leaving ur back to them or from a foot away melee and end up not hitting them but being soo close that if u were any closer u would be in them. Now for the questions, why the hell do weapons that have no attachements need to have weapon prestiges, seems pointless and frustrating also how do u get the diamon camo for the shiled, seen ppl run around with them. Also ive seen quite a few max prestigers but when i look at thier combat record thier stats seem awful similiar, a lot seem to be 5 days 6hrs also saw someone who had over 11000 usgaes of the tac insertion, seems like boosting was happening.
A suspect most people with Diamond camo's have been boosting. I've caught a couple of people boosting for headshots. I just report them.
Same with people who are max prestige. If I think they've hacked for it or done something dodgy then i'll report them.
Watch the following video. It shows how to work out what ping you have to the host. And also shows how there are problems in this game. Skip to about 15 minutes in and it shows him in games where he has low ping to the host yet he still has problems.

Is this the one were he pulls up pingtest.net and says thats how you find the ping to the host ? because thats obviously not helping as thats the ping to your nearest pingtest server, not the host.

Nope, he is pinging the actual host, and getting low ping but still in-game issues.
When you prestige you get a choice of 3 rewards. These you have to choose before you can proceed. You can
A) reset yourself back to Level 1 prestige 0. Ie like you had never played the game at all. Resets all your stats and unlocks and records. Completely wipes the slate clean and you won't "prestige" as such because you won't be prestige 1 - you'll just be level 1 again.
B) refund of tokens. This is a reward that can be claimed at any point throughout your prestige and refunds all your tokens and locks everything back again. This then leaves you free to change what you have unlocked - good if you arent sure what weapons / items you like yet. This is best not to be used at the start of your prestige and instead should be used halfway through once you have tokens to be refunded.
C) an extra character class slot - max of 5.
Once you have prestiged, you are then at level 1 and have no access to create a class. Once you've played a game or two and do have access, you can then pick one item to permanently unlock forever, for this prestige and every prestige from now on. this doesnt need a token and is great for things like Ghost and or the AN94 which would take you a long time to unlock again.
You can choose what item you permanently unlock at any point when you go into the create a class menu.
Ah right. Will have to watch when i get home. David Vondehaar was moaning on twitter saying that "a" video showed nothing, as it only showed his ping to the local pingest.net server. Obviously this guy has seen that tweet and drawn this up to prove a point. They seem to be completely head in the sand at the minute, acting like there are no issues. Wonder if we will ever get through to them.

Watched about 3 mins of video before being bored, the examples in that time the guy was shooting and got no hit markers at all then got killed, suggests he has a problem with his connection and not the game to me.

He is using SMSniff to find the host and pinging it whilst playing the game.
He shows that even with pings under 60ms to the host proving he has a good connection, he still occasionally gets massive hit detection issues and the video clearly shows this (assuming he is not lying or editing it as such).
He is giving no reasons or rants, just showing the issue to others using some networking knowledge which most on this thread seem to lack.
The problem is in the code of BO2, where who knows and will the developer admit it on his billion $ product, I doubt it. They will probably find the issue and sneak out a patch without any mention of the problem or fix.

If you watch later on he shows getting sniped about 2 seconds after running behind a wall. The sniper is completely out of view at the time. This is lag compensation.
If you are shooting people and getting no hit markers then clearly you have major connection issues, I have never seen this happen.
What time in the video is the 2 second sniper delay? But if the sniper sees him and shoots and kills then if it is taking 2 seconds for the video maker to send that data to the host and back then again suggests a major connection issue to the host, not down to lag compensation.
Didn't watch the video. Anything you have to say about it has no value AT ALL.
3 minutes was enough to see if you are getting no hit markers then you clearly have connection issues. I don't need a video to tell me that, why would you?
Unless you are trying to say no hit markers is completely normal? In all the complaints on here I have yet to see anyone complain about that.
