Has anyone stopped eating Dairy Products?

I've been trying to stop it for a while. Mainly because it's rediculously unhealthy, a very high percentage of fat and very high in calories. I'll still have it from time to time on cereal and a smidgen in tea and coffee and I use the butter-like spreads which contain buttermilk I will have cheese too, but its not a staple of my diet so I can easily have 1 or two weeks where I've had no dairy.

I'm sure it's because of a compound of changes in my life but I think my continued effort in weight-loss is in part down to cutting down heavily on dairy.

It's not unhealthy, it can just be very calorific if you eat too much.
