MyPlate - Free calorie intake tracking. Anyone else use it?

I use myfitnesspal too. Tis a great app :)

How do you do that?! *goes and looks*

You can email invite people or add them through FB. Login online rather than through the app and have a look.

If you select the blue Community tab in the top left you can 'find members'

Anyone can add me if they want...I'm trixilux on there too :)

Ah ha! Thanks - just added you! (bingzie) :D

YAY!!! Have OCUK Friends now...will have to keep up logging now :)

*wonders if there should be an offical OCUK weight loss and fitness thread*

Added you folks to my friends, been using MyFitnessPal on and off last year, should be better with some friends as well.

Same user name as here, good luck all! :)

I'm trying to track the breakdown of the food nutrients etc, not just carbs , fat, protien and calories.

Does myfitnesspal pal do this?

I found http://nutritiondata.self.com/ which is brilliant for this, but you can only analyse one day at a time and not produce week/month charts. Also terrible UI and not a huge selection of foods.

Any suggestions?

I use Calorie Count. Sounds to be pretty much the same as Myfitnesspal

That's not far off, though as someone who recently migrated from Calorie Count to myfitnesspal to stick with a few friends I will say FTP's database is a hundred times more complete. I grew very weary of having to add stuff anytime I bought something outside my usual eating pattern.
