Hi, I have an His 7950 IceQ boost.

My everyday use clocks are 1100/1400 with volts 1.10v and 1.625 without the 20% power limit.

What are yours? How high did you manage to get your 7950 with what clocks and voltages, and what are your everyday use clocks and volts?
Also please mention what program you use and do you put the +20% power limit thing on

Not sure, I dont use it as my oc is more stable.
Another question how long is the ASIC quality test on GPU-Z?

gigabyte windforce 3 7950 1150 core 1450 memory @1.225v power slide upto 20% never see above 63c in the most stressful of games on auto fan setting. Memory can go a lot higher but dont really see the point.
asic 59.99%
thats my 24/7 clocks

1000 core / 1450 memory @stock volts (1.093v) power slide upto 20%

Thats a lot of VCORE you got there Chris :/ for 1150 lol
----------------------------------

Both my HIS ICEQ cards are 90+% Asic Quality.
and my 24/7 OC is :

you should be able to reduce that voltage...

Gigabyte 7950 WF3 1150MHz managed to get stable @ 1.218v, Temp 58°C Max , Auto Fan 43% Max

Asic 56% I think, I never bothered clocking the memory, I was too busy boxing it up and sending it back where it came!

Original BIOS was like this, pumping 1.25v through it when clocked, basically a GHz version.

I'm thinking of buying artic accelero for 7950/7970 as it seems to cool gpu very well and its very quiet.

HIS IceQ Boost

Three profiles:

1. For non-gaming or very old games - 1.037v, 20%, 880c, 1350m 30% fan speed
2. For light gaming, less demanding titles - 1.062v, 20%, 950c 1400m 45% fan speed
3. For demanding titles and most performance - 1.225v, 20%, 1230c, 1530m 60% fan speed

Temps don't go over 62c and all stable

80% ASIC quality

I'm using AB constant voltage

Worst idea ever lol ;)

Im using Gigabyte Custom Bios with AB full working and powerplay.
force constant voltage KILLS idle 1w powerplay and low voltage.... very bad idea if you want to prolong the life of your card + higher temps.

Both my cards are idling @27c and 30c
if you force constant voltages i bet your idle temps are way higher, i dont recommmend using his default bios with msi ab.

I've always used force constant voltage with AB and never had a problem with it at all.

My idle temps are 30c-32c
