Stream TV to other computers

HTPC with installed TV tuner. Is there any way to stream TV (or even better view a different channel - it is a dual tuner) to other home PC's that are connected in the same network? I would think there should be an easier solution than to use a slingbox etc.

Any danger of messing up windows media centre when installing/uninstalling mediaportal?

WMC is already messed up! But it wont do any futher harm

Doesn't like win8 so I think it may mess up things.
