Good board for a i5k chip

Just curious what,s a good board for the above only to be used with video editing photo-shop power hungry applications.
will never run games so do not need 2 cards but would rather have more pci slots and 6+ sata ports.

i'd get any cheap p67 motherboard should be able to pickup a high end one for about £70 like a asrock or asus skt 1155

If you get an ivybridge cpu then a Z77 motherboard is what u want as older motherboards need a bios update to accept the cpu.

right im starting to understand a little now z77 only if u want 2 graphics cards then

Dual graphics has nothing to do with Z77 , Z77 is the latest chipset to go with the latest cpu.

If your purchase an ivybridge i-5 3570k then all z77 boards will work .

If you get an ivybridge cpu such as a 3570k and buy an earlier chipset motherboard z68, p67 then you may need a bios update to get the 3570k to work.
