The guy who makes (not FPS Russia himself) the vids was murdered, shot in the head. He had the license to own/manufacturer the kit shown in the vids and owned the FPS Russia production company.

He was the businessman who setup a production company to make the FPS vids, he also had an industry lisence for buying/manufacturing the type of machine guns in the videos. A normal person can't own machine guns made after 1986, so the vids will be very hard to make until FPS Russia finds a new partner.

EDIT: Yeah aside from some of the specific military grade stuff (which I guess the production company was licensed for) hes licensed for most of it on the families farm.
