Tablet for parents

Hey, I'm looking to get my parents a tablet to replace they're laptop, it will mostly be used for Skype and probably a bit of internet browsing.

I was hoping to get a Nexus 10 but they're not on sale in Ireland yet and I've no idea when they'll be available.

So I've narrowed down to the following three,

Nexus 7 32gb(€240)
Ipad Mini 16gb(€339)
Refurbished 3rd gen Ipad(€389)

Out of those three which do you think would be best suited for them??

Obviously I'm leaning towards the Nexus 7, it seems like much better value for money but would the smaller screen be too small for skype?

Any help would be much appreciated!

Nexus 7 will do everything you want, unless you want to use Facetime (normally better/simpler to navigate than Skype but again both ends need to have apple device)
