Report it to the police then ect get a crime number ect :D

Forget my friends board now. I'm going to follow this up just to spite them and then to claim compensation.

All this just to save £4,70 on a motherboard compared to OCUK, my friend is stupid lol.

I've used said company for years, without hassle and they have been excellent.

Over the last few days have had to RMA a 256GB Samsung 830 SSD, and they couldn't have been more helpful.

One phone call, they arranged pick by DPD (at their own cost (not sure OCUK do this?)) and fully automated email service detailing what stage the RMA is in. Pretty much trouble free plus they pay for and arrange collection, can’t really ask for more.

Only plus note I can say is for my friend they picked up his board next day through DPD.

The fact they won't let him use the insurance he paid for, because they processed the original board under the wrong category (probably claimed on the insurance for themselves). And then denied all knowledge calling him a liar e.t.c Obviously such a good reliable company.
