Who does or would play old COD's?

Afternoon all,

Due to the discussion that went on in the blosp2 thread and the amount of people who still have older COD's got me thinking that the amount of people on here we must be able to get enough people together to get a fully lobby together. Even people who don't have the discs anymore they are cheap to pick up second hand, I bought COD4 for £6 and Biron_w posted he got MW2 for £10.

When my COD4 turns up I will have COD4, MW2, blops, MW3 and blops 2 but the discussion seems to favour either COD4 or MW2. So who would be up for it?

I had forgotten to say for xbox, I only have xbox but if get enough responses no reason couldn't organise it for ps3 too.

Blops1 suffered with some lag though they might have sorted it out. To be honest I think blops2 probably would be alright with a full lobby from here due to a) everyone having a good connection and b) most if not all being in the UK. Moot point though as the older ones have better maps and guns.
 
I still play MW2 every week for a few hours either on my own or with Jake, it's the only CoD left with decent connections/hit detection that isn't infested with cheating scum.

I still play MW3 as well, but there is only so much you can take of that game before you just want to switch it off and do something else. Don't get me wrong the game isn't that terrible it's just stupid crap like death streaks and terrible teams that you get stuck on that put me off.

Even though I'm not a huge fan of Black ops I'd still probably play that aswell as long as it was with a team.
 
I've played all of them up to Black Ops 2 and the best of the lot by far is COD4. Some people don't like it though as it isn't as easy/cheap as MW2 so they play that instead as they're just bad players.
 
Yeah I have MW1/2 Blops 1.

I tried mw2 yesterday which isn't a game I loved that much but it was like playing on dedicated servers compared to blops2 and knife that actually worked.
 
I'm not surprised the knife works, you can stand at one end of the corridor on skidrow and it will still work with commando :p
