2 if u need to ask if there round when the picture shows there round then u fall in to the catogory mentioned in rule 1
3 if u need to ask what colour or size they are when it states in listing see rule 1
4 if u buy an item and change ur mind then this is not our fault dont make excuses man up face it and return for a refund minus postage and fees costs
5 if u want to return a non faulty item for any reason u will be liable for all postages charges and fees
6 if u order a self cling item like a tax disk holder then u should understand what self cling is before ordering not ask after ordering only an idiot buys something then asks about it
7 all postage is by royal mail once it leaves us we are not responsible for the postal service if they take 10 weeks to deliver they are responsible we will not tollerate any one abusing us for the postys errors
8 above all else if u dont like my rules then go some were to buy ur item
9 we make a lot of custom items and as such there is with out a doubt positively no refunds or returns on non faulty custom items .

11 if u leave a negative feedback before you have spoken to us and waited for a reply or u open a case claim before dealing with us direct then be prepared to suffer the wrath its what you deserve because there is no need to do these things we deal with every one we answer every message we get and we send every item we sell we are not crooks leaving the country on your few pounds worth of badges like some nigerian a hole .so grow up and speak to us nicely and ur problem wil be resolved one way or another the only people who open complates and leave negatives are folk who are ********* to us .
