I am looking to use a couple of DWL-2100AP dlink access point devices to connect a remote office to the main building (distance of approx 100m), wiring is out of the question.
Am I right in thinking I can link one of our current network in the main building and the other into a hub at the far end and providing line of sight is decent, it should work correctly when configured?
Range is apparently up to 400m outdoor, 100m indoor though these will be operating through a pane of glass at each end.

Would higher spec 30db antennae be useful too or give it a go with standard ones first? Site is 45 miles from my office so want to know I am not wasting my time heading out if it def wont work.
Cheers in advance.

Directional antennas would make sense.

There's cheap external kit such as the TL-WA7510N available that's basically made for the task. Under £200 including the brackets.
