Men are OPPRESSED

As a straight male the only right I seem to have lost in the last 30 years is the "right" to rape my wife. Which frankly seems like quite a positive thing.

So OP, what rights do you think you no longer have that all the "gheys" have?

No deary, it wasn't rape, it was shut your mouth and gag on it you ghey biatch I've got implied consent.

1995 wasn't it?

Not talking about that, just public social issues that men seem to have less rights than others. just reading about women can down play a mans sexual power in the bedroom in the office, but when a man does the same he can fired for sexual harassment.

You have a bedroom in your office?

The overall goal should be equality.

As long as the movements of each group don't over-step the goal (which I'd still argue that overall men have some ground ahead in many other areas) I'm fine with "equal rights groups".

Except for equal rights regarding child contact & in the courts generally in violence cases (men are assumed usually to be guilty easier than women & tend to get harsher punishments) - in most situations it's actually beneficial to be male.

The fact men commit suicide more I'd wager is due to our cultural attitudes towards men expressing emotions, I can imagine this society is pretty bad for a highly sensitive & emotional male - this you can blame male family members (poor examples) & social attitudes (the way men ostracise other men for expressing feelings).

It should be expected to have a negative impact to have just under 50% of the population who are almost emotionally retarded.

Anyway, not as simple as men being discriminated against or women overall - for each different category one gender is usually ahead.

Wages - Men
Education tailored to the genders - Women
Positions of power - Men
Social attitudes towards promiscuousness - Men (by a very long margin this one).
Contact for children - Women.

The goal should be to balance all of these out, egalitarianism is the only sensible approach.

First paragraph in your first link;

Forbes said:
In just about every country, men commit suicide more frequently than women, which is intriguing since women typically have higher (at least, reported) rates of mental health disorders like depression.

That's probably why more is spent on women, perhaps?

Did that cross your mind at all?

Did you read it?

The real issue is the concern that men aren't reporting these problems, which is something else altogether not some sort of state ploy to prevent males from seeking help with mental health through gender spending discrimination policies.

I mean, paranoid much?

A well reasoned and sensible post in GD. That sickens me to the very core.:p

The evidence is mounting up?? :D

Pink has revealed that she thinks that women cheat more than men, but are more capable at not getting caught.

Pink?

Evidence?

Troll off somewhere else now would be your best option.

I dont hate women, just think things are becoming one sided, when things should be equal, women men should be judged as a person on gender.

Have you ever blocked a gay sexual experience form your memory? Were you debagged at school by a female bully? Did your mummy make you wear an Anne Diamond costume and have lesbo sex with her?
